Enrollment
We are now accepting applications for the 2012-13 AND the 2013-14 school year. Seats for the 2012-13 school year will continue to be offered according to grade availability. Open Enrollment for the 2013-14 school year will remain open until February 28th. If at the close of Open Enrollment the number of applications submitted exceeds the number of seats available for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be processed in order to determine who is offered a seat at the school. All application submitted within the Open Enrollment period will have an equal opportunity for admission, regardless of whether they are submitted on the first day or the last day of Open Enrollment.

Enrollment Information Sessions
The following Enrollment Information Sessions have been scheduled to provide parents with enrollment information about Charter Schools USA, more specifically about Duval Charter School at Baymeadows. All Information Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

In the event that the number of applications for any grade exceeds the number of available seats, a random lottery will be held. If a lottery is required the date that the lottery will be processed will be announced and the results posted on the school website. Please note that the lottery is both system generated and random.

Registration
Prior to the start of school families will be provided with a registration package and instructions for each child who has received an offered seat.
The lottery for the 2013-14 school year has been processed. The results have been posted below, by grade level. Applicants selected in the lottery will receive an official offer from the school. Applicants who were not selected in the lottery have been placed on the waiting list and will receive an offer should a seat become available.
Kindergarten: lottery results
* A lottery for 1st grade was run. The results of that lottery are not posted and no offers extended, because at this time there are no seats available in that particular grade. In order to ensure impartial selection, the order of the waiting list has been determined through random generation, just like the lottery.
2nd Grade: lottery results
3rd Grade: lottery results
4th Grade: lottery results
* A lottery for 5th grade was run. The results of that lottery are not posted and no offers extended, because at this time there are no seats available in that particular grade. In order to ensure impartial selection, the order of the waiting list has been determined through random generation, just like the lottery.
